Information: Jasper is a 10 week old blind Australian Shepherd mix puppy. Here is what his foster home has to say about him:
Jasper is a very sweet boy.  He is so soft and so precious to have around.  Jasper loves to run around and play.  He has so much energy for a 10 week old lil boy.  He gets along with my other dogs and cats.  He loves to go out in the yard and play with me and my other animals.  He wags his tail all the time.  He plays just like a normal lil boy.  Can anyone find it in there heart and home for this sweet and special little boy?  
Jasper just came into rescue, so check back for updates! He is currently being fostered in South Carolina, but transport can be arranged.
